Rodney Daley, CEO, has a diverse professional background, beginning with military service at 16, where he specialized in communications and operations as a Corporal until 1997. Post-military, Rodney pursued further education while working in various roles, including logistics and site labor. He re-entered the military as a reservist while training to become an electrician, a qualification he achieved in 2012. This paved the way for him to start his own subcontracting business.

In addition to technical skills, Rodney expanded his expertise into management, securing certifications in SSSTS, SMSTS, and Prince 2, alongside completing a Level 3 course in Construction Management. His career took a significant turn in 2020 with a five-year contract in Europe, during which he developed a keen interest in Business Acquisitions.
